Striped Snake

Sorry, but your browser is not supported. Try to setup the new version.

Shade some cells to form a snake - a chain of cells that does not touch itself, not even diagonally. The start and end of the snake are already given. If the snake is colored using two alternating colors, with both ends being dark, then the numbers to the right of the grid indicate how many dark snake cells are in each corresponding row, and the numbers below the grid indicate how many light snake cells are in each corresponding column.

Example puzzle

Grid control: Click on a cell to change its color. You can use two different colors to mark the snake’s cells. A third click places an auxiliary cross, which does not affect the solution check but can help visually. You can also drag the contents from one cell to another. To check your solution, it is sufficient to mark all snake cells using either of the two colors. More details about grid control are at the help page.
